Not only was the “hole in the wall” no problem also delivery of a rather heavy firebox, even though a challenge going up 2 levels, was executed flawlessly.Others wanted to use a crane and dismantle the railing which was permanently fixed so not sure how that was going to end up. Pizza Oven looks fantastic and the install was in time and done with no fuss. The office staff were very helpful and made the process of getting it in my backyard an easy one. The installers were friendly and good for a laugh and very self sufficient. Well worth the time, effort and money.

Just a quick note to say thanks for the fantastic service and advice that we were provided with the purchase and installation of our fireplace.

We have been thinking about purchasing a fireplace for some time now and have shopped around and visited several companies and we are happy to advise that Sydney Heater & Pizza Ovens outshone the competition. I would like to testify on our complete sutisfuction with two wood heaters we have bought from you. Both Della Serpentino and Milano heaters are supurb. We’ve installed the Milano heater in our office/computer room and it is so powerfull. It alone can easily heat the whole house! Della Serpentino is just perfect. It takes some time for the stones to heat up although the heat radiation through the glass door starts right away. However once heated the sope stones and the heat bank can hold the temperature for more than 4-5 hours. So heat it up before going to bed and it is all warm and cosy all nights. And the look and finish of European workmanship! It’s not your clamsy “made in China” rubbish or ugly looking ozzy heaters (sorry for not being patriotic) but the Europe is Europe. The taste, the wonderful feel of the stone and steel parts! Very nice!

I would like to thank Peter and Dale (installers) and Marianne in Sales for making the whole experience a great one for my family. From the moment of sale to installation, the team at Sydney Heaters & Pizza Ovens were great at responding to our questions and the job on site was flawless. The new Regency Hume was successfully installed last Thursday 29 May with efficiency, attention to detail and great respect for my home – I appreciated that very much. and yes, it IS big! but looks great. hope to christen it this weekend when I can have all the doors and windows open while it ‘burns in’.

Peter and Dale from Sydney Heaters installed a new timber burning heater with a period surround and reclaimed marble mantle for our Victorian era home. The workmanship is outstanding and Peter knew how to reassemble, repair and finish the stonework with attention to detail. Marianne, Kelly and Di were very friendly and helpful as well.
