The Falun Serpentino wood fire from Euro Fireplaces has many specially-designed features to make it very efficient and capable of warming large areas for several hours. This chic fire will also look fabulous in your main living space and will add a great focal point to any home, whether it be modern or traditional in style. Designed by Slovakian manufacturer Thorma, the Falun contains a Serpentino soapstone heat bank which is the most efficient natural material to absorb and hold heat. It provides a 200 kg thermal mass that enhances ember retention, which allows heat to be radiated for at least 7 hours. This heater will suit a more spacious home as it can warm an area of up to 240 m2. It is extremely efficient with a European efficiency rating of 82%. It is a very clean burner with particle emission levels of just 1.3 g per kg of wood burned, well below Australian limits. Wood usage is low as the Falun Serpentino burns only around 1.8 kg of wood per hour.
