I wanted to say thank you very much for all that you did to repair the broken glass door on my Jotul heater and then send it back in time for me to take it back to my home in the Snowy Mountains. The whole team at Sydney heaters were very helpful to deal with and nothing was too much trouble as I was not able to get out to Seven Hills personally to drop off and pick up the door. I'm delighted that you won the 2010 Outstanding Service and Trade local business award. Well deserved! Best wishes.
