I was recommended to Sydney Heaters Pty Ltd by a close friend who had recently purchased a heater from that company. I was happy with the price I paid for my purchase, but most importantly I was very happy with the service I received and the quality of the installation. A few months after installation, the glass panel on the door of my heater cracked and I found that the manufacturers guarantee did not cover that item. I called Sydney Heaters for assistance and they went batting for me, convincing the manufacturer to replace the panel free of charge and installing it for me. I highly recommend Sydney Heaters Pty Ltd to all potential buyers.
