After doing a lot of research and considering many options I finally went with Sydney heaters, being a builder myself, I was impressed with how Peter and Mark went about there work, in a calm tradesman like way, there were difficulties due to what I required, but all went well. I was recommended to Sydney Heaters Pty Ltd by a close friend who had recently purchased a heater from that company. I was happy with the price I paid for my purchase, but most importantly I was very happy with the service I received and the quality of the installation. A few months after installation, the glass panel on the door of my heater cracked and I found that the manufacturers guarantee did not cover that item. I called Sydney Heaters for assistance and they went batting for me, convincing the manufacturer to replace the panel free of charge and installing it for me. I had a slow combustion wood heater installed by Sydney heaters in a two storey house. Peter came out and inspected for the quote and made some suggestions like getting the outer flue powder coated to match the downpipes and guttering. The job was done in a very processional manner and the end result is simply outstanding. But of course to simply install and run away does not tell the full story. When I had a small issue with the heater Peter got personally involved and brought out the manufacturer to rectify the problem under warranty. It is this type of after sales service that is getting harder to find these days and it really makes a difference.

I had the Alfresco wood fired Oven installed. Absolutely fantastic. The initial quote was not only competitive but very well set out and easy to read with all my options. Service was great both on the phone and when the install was done. Nothing was a problem and everything was done with no fuss at all. We are genuine customers! We had Sydney Heaters install our combustion heater which involved making a hole in our roof cavity right through our ceiling to the open air. Needless to say, we were a little concerned. However, the guys did a fantastic job. Arrived on time. Fixed issues relating to missing parts (fault of the suppliers, not Syd Heaters) and did a thoroughly professional job. Can't fault them. Thanks for completing it on time. We love our real fire. May not be PC these days, but you can't beat a real fire.

I can say that you were prompt and efficient and that the heater works well. I bought a Nectre Bakers Oven and found that the doors were installed wrongly i.e. oven door on firebox (top section) and firebox door on oven. Took me a while looking at the catalogue picture to work it out! Switching them was easy. Might want to double check that in future.

I badly wanted a wood heater where I could cook meals as well. Peter gave me professional advice all along this painstakingly long process of deciding.He helped with choosing the right stove for the space and where to install it. All went fine. Excellent price, highly professional installation.However, I could not get enough radiant heat to cook on the top and just had to let go of this idea. 4 months after the installation, I happened to casually mention this to Kelly. She immediately told Peter, who came within days to check what was going on. He tried the heater, told me what I was doing wrong and now everything is working brilliantly. I can cook on my stove! I am delighted with Sydney Heaters and highly recommend them for the quality of their service and the excellence of their customer care.
