Pizza Dough

Pizza DoughIngredients
  • 500g baker's flour
  • Pinch salt
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 1 sachet or 2 tsp dry yeast
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 300ml warm water

Instructions

Combine the yeast and sugar with water and let stand for 15 minutes until frothy.

Stir salt through flour. Add yeast mixture and oil to the baker's flour. Combine by hand. Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes until dough is smooth and springy. Return to bowl and cover with cling wrap and leave in warm place for 2 hours until mix doubles in size.

Roll out dough into a thin circle
